The Glasgow Real Nappy Network (GRNN) is committed to protecting your personal information and here after referred to as your data.

What information does GRNN collect about me?
The Glasgow Real Nappy Network collects information about you via your web browser for example the date and time of visit, the type of web browser in use and the URL of the site that referred you to us. We use this type of information to monitor performance of our website and to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and promotions.
We also collect information that you personally provide when you complete a contact us form, send us an email or enter the monthly prize draw. We use this information to allow us to send you our newsletter which contains information about our website and services which we think may be of value to you. Sometimes our newsletter contains information about other products or offers made available to us that we feel may also be of interest. You can be removed from our mailing list at any time by sending an email to the Glasgow Real Nappy Network with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.

What does GRNN do with the information we collect about you?
The Glasgow Real Nappy Network uses the information we collect to assist with our funding applications and to direct and inform our marketing activities.

Will GRNN make my data available to other third parties?
No, the Glasgow Real Nappy Network will not disclose your data to a third party except where such disclosure is necessary to conclude the business being conducted (for example if you win our monthly prize draw we may need to pass along your details to one of our sponsors in order to send your prize) or where required by law or permitted by law. In each of these instances GRNN will only disclose as much of your data as is necessary under the particular circumstances.

What else will GRNN do with my data?
The Glasgow Real Nappy Network will retain your data securely and only for as long as is consistent with its purpose, usually three years.  Your data will only be kept for longer than three years where required to do so by law or permitted to do so by law. After three years your data will be destroyed in such a manner as to make it incapable of being recovered.

Can I see the data held on me by GRNN?
Yes, on your request the Glasgow Real Nappy Network will make available to you the data we hold on you within a reasonable time frame and at no cost. We will ask that you provide us with two pieces of photographic identification. In the event that you dispute the data GRNN holds on you GRNN will amend or delete your data as necessary.
